A quiet space from the noise .

I started writing letters from my studio as a way to share more than just the finished work.

It's where I write about the process behind the paintings, the moments that stay with me, and the life that naturally finds its way into what i make.

Sometimes it's about a specific piece, sometimes it's something that happened around it. Other times it's just a thought that didn't belong anywhere else.

I write these slowly and occasionally.
